Steven Curtis has been named assistant coach of the St. Lawrence University men's and women's golf teams for the 2017-18 season.
The 2012 Fitchburg State University graduate, coached and volunteered with numerous organizations including being a men's collegiate club lacrosse player and coach. He also served as assistant football coach for grades 7-10 and boy's head hockey coach for grades 3-5. In addition, he served as a youth basketball coach and a men's ball hockey coach and referee.
Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology and is currently finishing his master's degree in sports management from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also in pursuit of his PGTAAÂ (Professional Golf Teachers Association of America) and PGA Professional Certification's to help develop his coaching philosophies.
