2016-17: Ryan rowed in the Saints second varsity and sat stroke seat in the varsity four that finished third at the Liberty League Championships.

2015-16: Ryan helped the third varsity eight row to a fourth-place finish in the Mayor’s Cup on spring break in Tampa, Florida.

2014-15: Ryan rowed in the second varsity eight, helping the Saints to a win in the spring opener against Rochester and St. John Fisher on the Genesee River in Rochester, N.Y...He also sat stroke seat in the varsity four.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Ryan was on the cross country, swimming, and lacrosse teams. He served as captain for both cross country and lacrosse teams. The North Haven native was voted Athlete of the Year and First Team All-League in 2012 and 2014 for lacrosse. Ryan was a member of the National Honor Society and on the honor roll.
