Prior to St. Lawrence

Mandell was a member of the swimming and diving team at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. He was awarded the JV Coaches Award in 2021 and 2022. Academically he received the Mission of Blessed Trinity- Artistic Sensibility award and the St. Joseph Difference Maker Award and was a member of the La Societe Honorarie de Francais from 2022-2024.
