2015: Deschaine capped her career at St. Lawrence earning AVCA All-Region honors for the second straight year and was a First-Team All-Liberty League selection for a second straight year as well … She led the Saints with 114 blocks and had one of the top hitting percentages on the team at.263 percentage with 284 kills … Deschaine eclipsed the 1,000-career kills plateau late in the season finishing her career with 1,004 kills and is the only player in Saints history to record at least 1,000 kills and 350 blocks in her career … She recorded double-digit kills in 11 matches and had a six-match stretch in September with 70 kills including four double-digit efforts … She earned Liberty League All-Academic honors for the third consecutive year.

2014: Deschaine earned All-American honors as an Honorable Mention selection … She was an unanimous First-Team selection to the All-Liberty League squad … She ranked second on the team as a junior with 298 kills and 23 solo blocks … She led the team with 110 block assists and 133 total blocks … Her 127^th block of the season in a win over Oneonta broke the school record for blocks in a year … She earned First-Team All-Liberty League honors and was also an All-Academic selection for the league … She recorded seven double-digit kills matches including a high of 16 against RIT … She had a career-high eight blocks against Union and had at least one block in every match … She was voted to the All-Tournament teams for four different tournaments – Canton Invitational, Oswego Invitational, Cortland Invitational and the Liberty League Tournament … She earned Liberty League Player of the Week twice and was named the Saints Female Athlete of the Week twice.

2013: Deschaine had a breakout season as a sophomore, totaling 199 kills for a team-high .264 hitting percentage...  The Millbrook, NY native added 29 assists, 45 digs and 72 blocks en route to earning All-Conference Honorable Mention status for the first time...  Deschaine, a member of the league's All-Academic team, finished in the top-5 in the conference in both hitting percentage (5th) and blocks (4th).

2012: Deschaine appeared in 127 sets at outside hitter in her first year with the Saints, recording 223 kills and 49 blocks... She posted a career-high 12 kills on three occasions during the season.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Deschaine was a dual-sport athlete, competing in volleyball and basketball. A member of the National Honor Society and regular on the Honor Roll, she was the captain and MVP of the volleyball team while earning First Team All-State status.
