St. Lawrence University Athletics

2016-17: As a senior captain, the varsity eight topped Skidmore by nearly 30 seconds to kick of the spring season… She helped row the varsity eight to a third-place finish at the Liberty League Championships… She also earned Liberty League All-Academic NIRC All-Academic and All-NIRC Team honors...She was awarded the St. Lawrence 2017 Sportsmanship Award at the student-athlete awards banquet. 

2015-16: Williams assisted the varsity eight to a first-place finish in the Major’s Cup Races on the team’s spring break trip to Tampa, Florida… The varsity eight posted a fourth-place finish at the 2016 Liberty League Championships and third in the petite finals at the New York State Championships.

2014-15: Williams helped the varsity eight row to a second-place finish at the Liberty League Championships, as well as a second-place finish in the petite final at the New York State Championships.

2013-14: During her first year with the Saints, Williams helped the second varsity eight to a second-place finish in the spring season opener at Rochester and another second-place finish with the novice eight the following weekend… She rowed in the novice eight that earned a second-place finish, just 2.7 seconds behind William Smith, in the Liberty League Championships…The novice eight also raced to a bronze medal at the 2014 New York State Championships and a first-place finish in the petite final at the ECAC Championships.

Prior to St. Lawrence 
Williams was a tri-sport athlete, competing for the hockey, soccer and Nordic ski teams.  A high honor roll student, she served as a team captain and earned an NCAA Sportsmanship Award.
