Game one: St. Lawrence 2, Trinity 9 (7 Innings)
Trinity wasted little time in game one, taking a 2-0 lead. After a leadoff strikeout, the Bantams got a double followed by a home run to left field to claim the advantage.
The visitors then tacked on a run to their lead in the top of the second, scoring on a 6-4-3 putout.
In the bottom of the third, Verrastro began the attack with a double down the right field line for the Scarlet and Brown. A pitch promptly hit
Eoin Morrissey in the next at-bat to put runners on first and second. A sacrifice bunt from
John Donnellan led to Siano, who hit a sacrifice fly to right field to make the score 3-1.
The next half-inning, Trinity extended the lead once again with another double followed by a home run. They would then tack on a sacrifice fly in the fifth to make it 6-1.
In the bottom half of the fifth, Verrastro struck again with a double to right center field for the Saints. He would advance on a wild pitch and once again was brought home by a Siano sacrifice fly.
Trinity further put the game away in the top of the seventh with three more runs to bring the game to a 9-2 final.

Game two: St. Lawrence 1, Trinity 3 (7 Innings)
The bats stayed hot early in game two for Trinity with the road team swatting a two-run home run over the left field fence for a 2-0 lead in the top of the second.
Their lead expanded to 3-0 in the third with a sacrifice fly to centerfield after a single and a stolen base put a runner in scoring position.
Trinity's starting pitcher carried a perfect game into the bottom of the fifth, where
Brett Federico spoiled the bid with a single up the middle.
The fast-moving game quickly moved into the bottom of the seventh, where the Saints' final chance presented itself. A leadoff walk to Siano and a two-out single from Verrastro brought the tying run to the dish in the form of
John Gannon. An error kept the pulse alive for St. Lawrence, who scored on the error. Trinity brought in Thomas Fahey to close the game and forced a fly out to end it.
Brendan Young pitched 2.2 innings in the start, striking out two batters, and was relieved by
Joe LaPrade (2.1), and
