Zadoc White, Cody Sipher, Bobby Wells and Stew Hutchinson scored two goals each, while Ben Hutchinson, Judge Murphy, Brian Souza, Cam Croasdaile and Sean Wiseman all scored once. Mahoney, Murphy, Sipher, Ben Hutchinson and Joe Scarfi all added assists on the afternoon. Paddy Condon went 17-for-25 in the faceoff circle and picked up 11 ground balls, while Ben Hutchinson and Saints' goaltender Michael Marinello picked up five ground balls each and six Saints each caused one turnover.

After an evenly paced first quarter, both teams registered two goals, with Mahoney and Ben Hutchinson scoring for the Scarlet and Brown.

The Saints then scored three straight goals to build a 5-2 lead. St. Lawrence outscored Vassar 4-1 in the second frame to lead 6-3 at halftime.

St. Lawrence came out swinging in the third, firing off seven goals to Vassar's four to lead 13-7 heading into the final quarter.

Despite five goals from the Brewers in the fourth, the Saints added another four and combined with their strong third quarter sealed the win.

"That was a good win on the road," said head coach Mike Mahoney. "Every league game is a battle and this was no exception. We got good goaltending, faceoff play, and really got going offensively in the second half."

Riley Olds and Baker Morton scored two goals each for the Brewers, while Dan Bader and Soloman Hess each picked up five ground balls.

Marinello made 17 saves between the pipes, while Aidan Gallagher finished with 12 for the Brewers.

St. Lawrence outshot Vassar 49-41 and both teams registered 29 shots on goal. The Saints picked up 47 ground balls to Vassar's 32, controlled the faceoff circle 20-12, and converted on 18 of 21 clears.

With the win, the Saints improved to 11-2 overall and 3-1 in Liberty League play, while Vassar fell to 7-7 and 0-5.

St. Lawrence will host Route 11 rival Clarkson on Wednesday, April 19 at 7 p.m.
