Keely Snode earned her second solo shutout and third overall, but the St. Lawrence University women's soccer team had to settle for a 0-0 tie against Nazareth on Saturday afternoon on the campus of Misericordia University in Dallas, Pa.
The Scarlet and Brown went to 3-0-1 on the season, while the Golden Flyers moved to 1-0-2.
"Pleased with the effort from this group today," said head coach
Sinead McSharry "We had a productive second half when we had a bit more belief in our game. Really proud of each of them for the energy they displayed on and off the field."

Madison King-Thurber was tied with senior
Tyler Potter with two shots on goal in the contest. Both
Meredith Donahue and
Hope Donoghue also had good look and got one shot on frame each.
Snode was faced with just three shots in the shutout effort, while Annika Monfort stopped six shots in her shutout.
Nazareth held the 14-9 edge in shots, but the Saints led 6-3 in shots on goal. The Golden Flyers held the slight advantage in corner kicks 4-3.
St. Lawrence will stay down in Dallas, Pa. and will lineup against Farmingdale State College at Misericordia University at 1:00 p.m.
