Lillian Sullivan, and Caitlyn Avery each won both of their singles and doubles matches to lead the St. Lawrence University women's tennis team to a 7-2 win over SUNY Oneonta at the Sammis Tennis Courts on Tuesday afternoon.

St. Lawrence improved to 1-0 on the year, while the Red Dragons fell to 7-2.

The Saints opened the day with a 2-1 lead after Sullivan, and Elena Styliades teamed up to win at No. 1 doubles 8-6, and Emily Harris and Avery paired up to win the No. 2 matchup 8-5.
 
St. Lawrence took a 4-1 lead after the first two singles contests finished up. Catherine Gamble won her No. 2 matchup 6-2, 6-3, then Meredith Macey took the No. 3 match 1-6, 6-1, 10-5. Gabriella Dadoly got the Scarlet and Brown their fifth win with a 6-4, 4-6, 10-1 finish in the No. 6 match.

The Saints finished with two more wins to finish the night after Avery won her No. 5 matchup 6-2, 6-2 and Sullivan won 6-3, 5-7, 10-7 in the No. 1 matchup.
 
The Saints, who played in two invitationals and the ITA's this fall, closed out the fall portion of their schedule with the win.
