Â
Dartmouth's Currie Putrah evened the score at 1-1 just 30 seconds later, also scoring off the rush.

With the Saints' net empty once again, Dartmouth's Currie Putrah scored the second empty netter of the game to solidify the Big Green's 6-2 victory.
Â
"Dartmouth played a solid game and disrupted a lot of what we have been able to do all year," said Wells. "We certainly weren't as sharp as we have been the last month. After a great effort vs. Harvard last night, I didn't have our team ready to play today."
Â
After an action-packed third, St. Lawrence had outshot Dartmouth 19-9.
Â
Morgan finished the game with 20 saves and Emerson had a career-high 38 for the Big Green.
Â
St. Lawrence went 36-for-70 at the face-off circle, was one-for-five on the power-play, and three-for-four on the penalty kill.
Â
St. Lawrence fell to 5-4-2 overall and 2-2-0 in conference play, while Dartmouth improved to 2-3-0 and 2-3-0.
Â
"We will move on quickly from this and get back to work Monday, as we get ready to play Mercyhurst,'' Wells added. "Once again another great turnout to watch our team play and that is greatly appreciated!''
Â
The two teams continued their efforts to raise awareness about the #CloseTheGapNCAA campaign to add 12 teams to the women's hockey national tournament with commentary before the game from
Grace Smith and Billing.
