Cooper Evans shot a combined 152 on the weekend, finishing in second place to lead the St. Lawrence University men's golf team to a second place finish at the Nazareth Fall Invitational at the par-72 Irondequoit Country Club on Sunday afternoon.
Evans, who was tied for fifth after round one, took home second place and was closely followed by
Bryan McLennan, who shot a 153 for third place.
William Wilson tied for fifth place with a combined 156, while
Wes Bevins and
Max Hagan shot a 169 and 171 to finish 22nd and 23rd, respectively.
The University of Rochester took home first place with a combined 612, as the Yellowjackets' Brendan Frain claimed the individual title with a 148, just four over par on the weekend.
St. Lawrence finished in second place with a combined 627, while Hobart finished third with a 638.
With the conclusion of the Nazareth Fall Invitational, the Saints wrapped up the fall portion of their schedule and will wrap up the 2021-22 season in the spring.
