The St. Lawrence University men's hockey team's 2020-21 season opener at Colgate, originally scheduled for Sunday, December 27, has been canceled.

To ensure the health and safety of St. Lawrence's players, team personnel and the entire St. Lawrence community, the team is following all county, state and University guidelines regarding COVID-19 protocols.

The Saints will look to start the season at home on New Year's Eve with an ECAC Hockey game against Quinnipiac, with opening faceoff scheduled for 4 p.m. at Appleton Arena. While no fans will be allowed to attend St. Lawrence games at Appleton this season, all games will be live streamed on ESPN+ (US) and Stretch Internet (international feed).
