Five members of the Saints squad scored their first goals of the season and all four goaltenders saw playing time as the eighth-ranked St. Lawrence University men's lacrosse team dominated Bard 17-2 in a Liberty League contest Saturday afternoon at North Country Field.

Drew Wyman all scored their first goals of the season, while
Alex Terry,
Conor Johnson,
Matty Corbelle and
Jordan Eichholz stood strong between the pipes for the Saints, combining for six saves.
St. Lawrence was led by
Brett McCormack,
Jamie DeNicola and
Alec Dietsch, who scored two goals each, while
Connor Brimley,
Jamie Kuppel,
Andrew Jarrett,
Ryan Brigham and
Sam Boehle tallied one goal for the Saints.
The Saints exploded from the opening faceoff blanking the Raptors 6-0 in the first quarter. The momentum continued through the second quarter, as the Saints held an 11-0 lead heading into the locker room. Ultimately sealing the win in the first quarter. St. Lawrence outshot Bard 54-14, and picked up 31 ground balls to the Raptors' 15. The Saints also went 2-2 on man-up opportunities.
Emmet O'Connell and George Goceljak netted the Raptors' two goals, while goaltender Lyle Healey led the team with three ground balls. Healey also recorded 18 saves in goal for Bard.
St. Lawrence improved to 9-1 overall and 2-1 in conference play, while Bard fell to 4-5, 0-3.
The Saints return to action Wednesday night facing crosstown rival Clarkson under the lights at 7 p.m.
