Six players scored in double figures, with
Riley Naclerio leading the way with 20 points, as the St. Lawrence University men's basketball team completed a Liberty League weekend sweep with a 97-79 win over Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., on Saturday afternoon.

Naclerio scored 14 points in the first seven minutes of the game, helping the Saints build a 16-4 lead. Vassar cut the lead to single digits a few minutes later, but were never able to do so again, as the Saints held a 46-26 halftime lead and coasted to the win.

Ben Crawford added a season high 19 points for St. Lawrence (12-2 overall, 5-0 Liberty League), and
Dom DeRegis scored a career high 16 points off the bench.
Kyle Kobis and
Willie Zachery both scored 13 points, and
Kyle Edwards added 10 for the Saints.

Jesse Brown and Alex Seff both scored 18 points for the Brewers (5-10, 1-6), while Steve Palecki added 13 points and Mickey Adams had 10.

For the second consecutive game, the Saints made more than half of their shots, going 34-for-66 from the field (51.5 percent). The Saints also had a 42-35 rebounding edge, with Naclerio leading the way with 12. On the defensive end, St. Lawrence held Vassar to 26.7 percent shooting in the first half to build the decisive 20-point lead.

The Saints, the only Liberty League team with a perfect conference record, will put that record to the test this weekend at Burkman Gymnasium, facing RIT on Friday at 8 p.m. and Hobart on Saturday at 4 p.m.
