Tyler Pagaduan began his stint as St. Lawrence University's head softball coach in September 2025.
Pagaduan joins St. Lawrence from his alma mater of Geneva College, where he spent the 2025 season as associate head coach of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) softball program. His expanded role at Geneva included the near complete management of all athlete recruiting for the program. That followed two seasons as head softball coach at Eastern Nazarene College. In the 2023 season, he led the Lions to a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) championship and an NCAA tournament appearance.
A native of Voorhees, N.J., Pagaduan had a stint with his alma mater at Geneva as graduate assistant softball coach from 2021 to 2023, before obtaining the head coaching position at ENC. He completed his Master's degree in Higher Education in 2023. From 2018 to 2021, Pagaduan worked as a travel coach instructor and recruiting manager for In the Zone Baseball and Softball Academy, focusing on athlete development and recruitment.
A graduate of Geneva College, Pagaduan was a four-year starter on the baseball team from 2015 to 2018, earning All-PAC honors in his junior and senior seasons.
In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Pagaduan has worked in college admissions, most recently serving as the Graduate and Online Enrollment Counselor at Geneva.
