Healy joined the St. Lawrence University men's hockey staff as the coordinator of hockey operations in October 2026.
Healy joins the Saints after spending the 2025-26 season with the Springfield Thunderbirds of the American Hockey League as a Hockey Video Assistant. In that role, he was responsible for live game coding, providing real-time video and information to the coaching staff during games, and assisting with opponent pre-scouting and game preparation.
Prior to Springfield, Healy spent two seasons with the Tampa Bay Lightning as a Hockey Analytics Video Assistant. Working with the NHL organization, he conducted detailed video analysis and provided data-driven insights to support player evaluations, opponent scouting, and hockey operations decision-making.
A 2024 graduate of the University of Tampa, Healy earned a degree in Sport Management. While at Tampa, he was a member of the club hockey team and served as team captain during his senior season.
