Biography
2015: Lisa finished in the top-three in five races as a junior, finishing second at the Cardinal Classic at SUNY Plattsburgh and at Geneseo and third at Saratoga, the Hoffmann Invitational at the Liberty League Championships. She finished second at the NCAA Atlantic Regional and was the Saints' top runner at the NCAA Championships, finishing 44th.
2014: A consistent top-five runner for the Saints throughout her sophomore season, Lisa had top-10 finishes in every Division III race up to the NCAA Championships, where she was 26th to earn All-America honors. She was second at both the NYSCTC and Liberty League Championships among five top-three finishes for the season; she was eighth at the NCAA Atlantic Regional.
2013: The Liberty League Rookie of the Year, Lisa capped an outstanding rookie season with a 44th place finish, second among SLU runners, at the NCAA Championships. She had three top-10 finishes, including a seventh at the NYSCTC Championships and a fifth at the Liberty League Championships. She was the top rookie finisher in each race and was 20th in the Atlantic Regional.
Prior to St. Lawrence
Lisa ran cross country and track at Somerville and was a three-time MVP of the cross country team. She was the captain of the track and cross country teams as a junior and senior. Lisa set school records for the cross country course and in the 3,200 meters and earned the Somerset Country Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior. She was First Team All-County, All-Conference and All-Area and placed in the New Jersey championships as a senior. She was a member of the National Honor Society, a high honor roll student and a National Merit Commended Scholar.
