Biography
2012-13: Kristen was second in both the Liberty League and NYSCTC indoor championships in the shot and second in the Liberty League and third in the NYSCTC outdoors. She was third in the Liberty LEague in the discus and hammer outdoors and fourth in the Liberty League in the weight throw.
2011-12: Indoor: Kristen threw personal bests in both the shot and the weight in indoor competition and earned Liberty League All Academic honors. She was second in the shot in the Liberty League Championships and third in the shot in the NYSCTC Championships. She finished eighth in the weight throw at the NYSCTC championships. She was Liberty League Field Performer of the Week three times during the indoor season.Outdoors: Kristen improved her hammer mark by over eightmeeters in finishing fourth at the Liberty League championship and was first in the Liberty League shot and second in the discus with a PR of 33.20. She was third in the shot and sixth in the discus at the NYSCTC Championship and was sixth with a PR of 12.31 meters in the shot at the ECAC.
2010-11: Kristen finished fifth in the shot in both the NYSCTC indoor and outdoor shot put and was fifth outdoors in the Liberty League shot and sixth in the discus.
At Sauquoit Valley:
Kristen competed in track and field, tennis and basketball. She Ranked fifth in Diviision II for the shot put and was sectional champion in the shot and discus for three straight years. She holds the school record in the shot. She was an Honor Society member, made the Principal's List and was recipient of the Kodak Leadership Award
