Biography

2012-13: Emily won the triple jump in both the Holiday Relays and Can Am Challenge before studying abroad in the second semester.

2011-12: Indoor: A Liberty League All Academic selection, Emily ran the 400 and competed in the long and triple jumps during her sophomore indoor season.She was fourth in the Liberty League in the both the long and triple jumps and ran on the second place 4x400 relay team.Outdoor: Emily competed in the long and triple jumps and was fifth in the triple jump in both the NYSCTC and Liberty League championships. She also ran on relay teams.

2010-11: A steady scorer for the Saints in the long and triple jumps, Emily was also a key figure in the sprint relays for the Saints in her rookie season. She finished third outdoors in the long jump at the Liberty League championship and was also third in the triple jump. She was fifth in the Liberty League indoor triple jump and sixth in the triple jump in the NYSCTC outdoor meet. She ran the lead leg on the 4x100 Liberty League outdoor championship and was on the third place 4x400 relay team and ran on the 4th place NYSCTC 4x400 indoor championship and achnored the NYSCTC 4x100 team which finished third.

At Averill Park
Emily played soccer in addition to competing in track and field. She wa a four-year varsity competitor in track, set five school records and was both indoor and outdoor MVP. She was a member of the National Honor Society, a high honor roll student and an AP Scholar with Distinction.
