Biography
2011-12: Indoor :Elizabeth ran the mile, 3000 and 5000 during the indoor season.She earned Liberty League All Academic honors.Outdoor: the Liberty League champion in the 10,000 meters, she was second in the 5000 at the NYSCTC championships and ran a personal best 18:07.38 at the ECAC championships.
At Northwood School
Edwards was a tri-sport Scholar-Athlete, competing in Soccer, Hockey and
Lacrosse. The Lake Placid, NY native won the Charles Holt Hockey Award
in 2006 and the Malcomb Sportsmanship Award the following year.
Edwards was also impressive in the classroom, where she was a consistent
figure on the Dean's List, a member of the Cum Laude Society and the
recipient of several academic awards.Â
