St. Lawrence University Athletics

2013-14: Cassia was second in the 800 in both the Liberty League and the NYSCTC indoor championships. She did not run during the outdoor season.

2012-13: Cassia competed in the 200, 300, 400 and the 60 and 400 hurdles in her sophomore season. She was third in the 60 hurdles at the Can-Am Challenge and second in the 400 hurdles at the Redhawk Open.

2011-12: indoor: A multi-event competitor Cassia ran the 300 and 400 during the indoor season and had a top finish of seventh in the 400 at Hamilton and a fourth in the 300 at Ottawa. Outdoors: Cassia competed in the 400 hurdles  and placed fourth in the Liberty League and sixth in the NYSCTC championship.

At New Hartford

A multi-talented athlete, Cassia played soccer, lacrosse and was a skier in addition to competing in both indoor and outdoor track. She captained both the soccer and track teams and was track MVP. She was a National Honor Society member, an honor roll student and earned a Scholar-Athlete Award.
