Biography
2013-14: Whittum competed in freestyle and backstroke events for the Saints during her sophomore season, earning 45 points with a pair of second-place finishes and five thirds. She helped the Saints to a 10th-place finish in the 800 free relay at the UNYSCSA Championship meet and recorded her season best times in both the 200 free and 100 back.Â
2012-13: Whittum had a solid rookie season for the Saints with seven seconds and two thirds in individual competition, acounting for 67.50 points. She also contributed in relays and four of her best individual times came in championship meet competition, either the Liberty League or the UNYSCSA Championships.
At Greely: Whittum was a member of the swim, softball and golf teams and earned All-Conference honors in swimming. She was part of state championship teams as a sophomore and senior and a member of the Maine and New England record-setting 400 free relay. She was also a two-year captain in softball. A four-year honor roll student she made the All-state academic swim team.
