2013-14: Hammond finished the season with three second-place finished to her credit; two on the one meter and one on the three meter board. At the Liberty League Championship meet in December, she finished 12th and 14th in the one and three meter events, respectively.

At Regina Dominican: Hammond played tennis and was on the track and field and dance teams in high school and was co-captain of the tennis team. She earned honor roll all four years.
