Prior to St. Lawrence

DeRose played squash at Buffalo Seminary. She was a member of the Division V Championship Team in 2017, was a Division V finalist in 2019 and received the Buffalo Junior Achievement Award in 2019. She was an honor roll student for all four years and a member of the National Honor Society.
