Prior to St. Lawrence
Leiva was a dual-sport athlete in high school, playing both squash and basketball and served as captain of the squash team...In addition, she was a high honor roll student...While playing for her summer basketball team - Gladiators Basketball - Leiva earned MVP honors and Rookie of the Year...She also won the Squashbusters of the Year Award and Squashbusters Most Improved Player.
