2017: Stames finished her four-year career with the Saints tied for second with Laura LoGiudice '01 on the Saints' all-time assist leaderboard with 21… She earned Liberty League All-Academic honors… The senior captain started all 18 games for the Saints, scoring four goals and adding three assists which ranked fifth on the team with 13 points… Stames assisted the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over Oswego on September 16th and scored the game-winning goal in the Liberty League first-round win over Rensselaer.

2016: Stames started all 17 games for the Saints as a junior and scored three goals and added five assists for 11 points on the season...She was a Liberty League honorable mention selection for the second straight year and was also named to the Liberty League All-Academic team. 

2015: Stames started the 2015 season on a seven-game point streak and finished second on the team in scoring with seven goals and a team-high 10 assists for 24 points and earned Liberty League honorable mention and all-academic honors ... She was second among Liberty League leaders in both assists and assists per game ... She was also seventh in the league in goals scored … She tallied a season-high seven points with a pair of goals and three assists in the Saints 9-0 win over Marywood as part of the North Country Classic and finished with five multi-point games.

2014: Stames had a breakout rookie season for the Saints and made an immediate impact, scoring in her first collegiate game against Plattsburgh on Aug. 29 ... She finished as the team’s points leader with 15 on six goals and three assists ... She was named to the North Country Classic All-Tournament Team and earned Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors on Nov. 3 following a two goal week to finish the regular season. 

Prior to St. Lawrence 
Stames was a three-sport athlete, competing in soccer, ice hockey and track and was a two-year captain for each ... She earned NSCAA High School All-American honors in 2012 and 2013 and All-Region honors those same seasons ... She capped off her high school career as the Gatorade Player of the Year for the state of Vermont ... Additionally, she was an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society.
