2017: Earned United Soccer Coaches NCAA DIII Second-Team All-East Region, First-Team All-Liberty League, CoSIDA Academic All-District and Liberty League All-Academic honors… Merriam finished her career ranked third in the Saints' all-time assist records with a career total of 20… She was named Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week on October 16th and led the team with three game-winning goals which came in 2-1, 2-1, and 1-0 wins over Oswego, Ithaca, and Vassar, respectively… She ranked second on the team in assists with four, and third on the team in goals (6) and points (16)… The senior forward started in all 18 games for the Saints.

2016: Merriam has a breakout season for the Saints a junior, setting career highs for goals (7) and points (19) while also adding five assists to finish second on the team in scoring...She recorded her first career hat-trick in a 5-0 win over RIT on October 22 in an eight-point afternoon with three goals and two assists...Merriam also finished with two game-winning goals on the season...She was named second team NSCAA All-Region, first team All-Liberty League and was a member of the Liberty League All-Academic team. 

2015: Merriam scored her first career goal during her sophomore season in the Saints 8-0 win over Elmira on Sept. 19 … She finished with three goals and four assists for 10 points … She scored the lone goal in the team’s 4-1 loss to TCNJ in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, as the Saints earned an at-large bid to make the tournament for the first time since 1989 … She was named to the Liberty League’s All-Academic team.

2014:  A speedy forward with excellent ball control and passing ability, Merriam finished with a team-high seven assists during her rookie campaign with the Saints ... She played in 18 games, starting one and recorded 14 shots ... She is also a member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at St. Lawrence. 

Prior to St. Lawrence
Merriam was a member of both the soccer and track and field teams in high school ... A captain and All-State selection, Merriam set the Division III state record in the 100- and 400-meter events, while also setting the Vermont state record at 200 meters ... She was a member of the National Honor Society and an honor roll student.
