Prior to St. Lawrence

Ley, an honor roll student, played field hockey, hockey and lacrosse at Groton School. She was a team captain for all three sports and earned the 2021 Ice Hockey Coaches' Award, Lacrosse MVP (2021), Lacrosse All-NEPSAC (2021), was the leading lacrosse scorer and earned the Cornelia Amory Frothingham Athletic Prize and the ISL Award of Excellence.
