2017: Senior captain Mitiguy ranked first on the Saints charts winning 52 draw controls per game, also placing her second in the Liberty League with an average of 3.06 draw controls per game… She earned All-Liberty League Second Team honors and scored 21 goals and five assists for 26 points on the season… Mitiguy also picked up 24 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers… She was also named a member of the Liberty League All-Tournament Team.

2016: Mitiguy started all 18 games in her junior year for the Saints and finished with 17 points on 10 goals and seven assists … She tied her career-high with two goals against Johnson and Wales to start the season and was named the Liberty League Offensive Performer of the Week for her efforts … She was second on the team with 27 draw controls and also grabbed 14 ground balls while causing 10 turnovers.

2015: Mitiguy started 14 of the 15 games for the Saints as a sophomore midfielder … Finished the season with 11 points on nine goals and two assists … Had a season-best two goals against Bard … She had two point games against Liberty League opponents Skidmore, Union and Bard … Led the team with 36 draw controls and was second on the team with 15 caused turnovers and finished fourth on the squad with 20 ground balls … Her six draw controls against William Smith was a season high.

2014: Mitiguy appeared in six games and scored four goals for the Saints in her first lacrosse season after playing for the women's soccer team in the fall as well.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Mitiguy was a two-sport athlete, participating in soccer, lacrosse and indoor track.  A captain for all three sports, she was an All-Conference selection on the soccer field and also earned the National Soccer Coaches Association Senior Excellence Award.  Mitiguy, an honor roll student, was the recipient of both the “Herbert S. Foster Student-Athlete Award” and “The St. Lawrence Book Award”.
