Biography
2016: Seeley started all 18 games on defense for the Saints in her final season with the Saints … She finished 2016 with 17 ground balls and nine caused turnovers … She earned Liberty League All-Academic honors for the third consecutive year.
2015: Seeley had 14 starts in 15 games as a junior defender for the Saints … Her nine caused turnovers was sixth on the team and her 17 groundballs was tied for fifth … She had a season-best six groundballs against Rochester … Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.
2014: Seeley played in eight games and was in the starting lineup for the RIT game as a sophomore for the Saints. In the RIT game, she recorded three draw controls and caused two turnovers as the Saints won an 11-9 decision. She earned All-Academic team honors from the Liberty League.
2013: Seeley made nine appearances in her debut season with the Saints, recording five ground balls, five draw controls and three caused turnovers. The Marcellus, NY native is expected to compete for playing time at defense in her sophomore campaign.
Prior to St. Lawrence
Seeley was a dual-sport athlete, earning recognition for her play on the lacrosse and soccer fields. A captain for both teams, she was a First Team All-League selection for each sport as well, and earned All-CNY Third Team honors for lacrosse. Seeley, who earned the Exceptional Senior Award, was inducted into the National Honor Society, was a two-time US Lacrosse Academic All-American and was given the Distinguished Leader of Character Award.
