2016: Garfield earned Second-Team All-Liberty League and finished her career with the Saints as the team’s top defender as she finished second on the team with 38 ground balls and led the squad with 28 caused turnovers … She added two goals and one assist on the offensive end of the field … She had at least one ground ball in each of the final nine games of the season including three against William Smith twice and Clarkson … Her five ground balls against SUNY Brockport was a season-high effort … She added a season-best three caused turnovers against Ithaca, SUNY Potsdam and Vassar … She was also a Liberty League All-Academic Team selection.

2015: Garfield played in all 15 games and started eight for the Saints as a junior defender … She had one assist and finished third on the team in caused turnovers (11) … Her 17 groundballs was tied for fifth on the team … Named the Liberty League Defensive Player of the Week in the first weekend of the season as she helped the Saints to a victory over Castleton with five groundballs and three caused turnovers … Named to the Liberty League All-Academic squad.

2014: Garfield had two goals and one assist playing in four games as a sophomore. Her goals came against Fredonia and Bard and she assisted on a goal in the RPI game. She had three caused turnovers including two against Bard. She earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.

2013:  Garfield appeared in four games in her first season with the Saints, recorded two goals and an assist.  The Marblehead, Mass. native is expected to compete for playing time at midfield in her sophomore campaign. 

Prior to St. Lawrence
Garfield was a tri-sport athlete, competing in lacrosse, soccer and squash. A former captain of the lacrosse team, she won the Coaches Cup and earned her way on to the Honor Roll. She was also inducted into the National Spanish Honor Society.
