Biography
2014-15: Bell scored two goals as a junior for the Saints, including a short-handed tally at Brown on Nov. 1; she had not scored since November of her rookie season. One of the fastest skaters on the team, the Cincinnati, Ohio native was regularly called upon on the penalty kill.
2013-14: Bell became a regular forward for the Saints during her sophomore campaign, playing in all 35 games and seeing time on the penalty kill. Her only point of the season was an assist at Brown on Jan. 17.
2012-13: Bell appeared in four games for the Saints in her rookie season, scoring a goal in her collegiate debut against Brown on Nov. 9.
Pre-St. Lawrence
Bell participated in a Select Player Development camp and was elected to serve as a team captain in 2010-11. A member of the National Honor Society and a four-year Honor Roll student, Sydney won several team honors for hockey, including Best Defensive Forward and the Hardest Worker Award. Born January 30, 1994, she is the daughter of Jim and Mary Bell.
