2016-17: Second-Team All-ECAC Hockey ... Finalist for ECAC Hockey Best Defnseman Award ... Team captain … Played in all 36 games … Led the Saints’ blueliners and was fifth on the team with 22 points on five goals and 17 assists … Scored four goals on the power play to rank second on the team … Led the team with 64 blocked shots and a +35 plus/minus rating … Helped the Saints finish the season ranked fifth nationally in scoring defense, allowing just 1.61 goals per game … Scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over Clarkson in a non-league game on Oct. 7 … Posted a career-best four points with two goals and two assists in a 5-0 win at Brown on Nov. 19 … tallied five assists in the Saints’ ECAC Hockey Quarterfinal series sweep of Yale on Feb. 24-25. 

2015-16: Played in all 38 games as a junior … Fourth on the team with seven assists in ECAC Hockey games … Finished the season with two goals and nine assists for 11 points … Scored the only goal in the third period of the Saints’ 1-0 win over Princeton on Feb. 26 … Also scored a goal and added an assist in a 4-2 win over Dartmouth on Oct. 30 … Notched two assists in a 9-5 loss to Northeastern on Sept. 27.

2014-15: Led the Saints as one of the team's top defensive players ... Led the team with 61 blocked shots and +/- rating of +22 ... Scored six goals and assisting on seven others for 13 points.. 

2013-14: Made an immediate impact as a rookie, leading the team with 81 blocked shots ... Scored four goals and had six assists for 10 points in 35 games played ... Scored her first collegiate goal in a 4-1 win over Yale on Nov. 1. 

Prior to St. Lawrence
Padalis played for U-18 Team USA in 2012 and was on the 2011 U-16 U.S. National Championship team. She was also a decorated soccer player, serving as the captain of her high school team, was inducted into the National Honor Society and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
