Prior to St. Lawrence

Mulvihill played hockey, field hockey, and golf at St. Joseph High School where she was an alternate captain on the hockey team and was an honor roll student all four years. She also played for the Ottawa Jr. Lady Senators where she was the franchise leader in goals, assists, points, and assists in a single season. She ranked sixth in OWHL U22 elite scoring in 2023-2024, was selected to OWHA Team 2006 in 2022, was a OWHL U22 elite provincial silver medalist in 2023 and 2025, a OWHL U22 elite provincial bronze medalist in 2022, a Stoney Creek University showcase champion in 2022 and was an alternate captain for the 2024-25 season.
