Prior to St. Lawrence

Gout spent two seasons at RIT, where she scored 10 goals and added 21 assists in 66 career games. She ranked second on the team in scoring as a sophomore with 18 points in 34 games. She was the College Hockey America Player of the Week once and was a two-time CHA All-Academic Team honoree.

Gout spent three seasons playing for the Brampton Jr. Canadettes in the PWHL prior to beginning her collegiate career, serving as the team captain in her final season. She scored 22 goals and added 21 assists in 93 career games for Brampton.

Gout excelled in several sports at Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School. She was a two-year captain of the hockey and lacrosse teams and won the schools Female Athletic Leadership award in 2017.
