Biography

2013: A USTFCCCA national runner of the week after winning the NYSCTC Championship, Amy became the third Saint woman to post a top ten finish in the NCAA Championship and earned All America honors with a seventh place finish. A consistent top two finisher for the Saints throughout her senior season, she had seven top ten finishes in eight races. She was second in the Liberty League, and third in the NCAA Atlantic Regional.

2012: Amy had a tremendous second half of her junior season and went on to earn NCAA Atlantic Region and Liberty League Runner of the Year honors. A consistent top three finisher for the Saints from the start of the season, she led the team in the NYSCTC, Liberty League and Atlantic Regional Championships, winning the league and regional individual titles and finishing second in the NYSCTC. She had five top tens and was the Saints' third scorer at the NCAA Championship.She earned Liberty League Runner of the Week honors three times during the season.

2011:   Cymerman showed great improvement in her sophomore season with the Saints as she recorded season-bests in all of the championship races.  She finished fourth at the NYSCTC Championship and also earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.  

2010: Cymerman was a regular in the Saints' line-up during her rookie campaign.  The Pittsford, NY native competed in all of the championship races, including the NCAA Championship and Regionals.  She recorded a season-best finish of sixth at the Hoffmann Invitational and a season-best time of 23:18 at the Pre-Regional at Oneonta.

At Pittsford Sutherland
Cymerman was a three-sport student-athlete, participating in Cross Country, Nordic Skiing and Track and Field. The Pittsford, NY native captained the cross country squad, and was both the MVP of the team and earned First Team All-County honors. Amy, who was All-County in both track and skiing, was on the Honor Roll each semester over her four years.
