Prior to St. Lawrence

Rhone played volleyball, basketball and softball at Hamden Hall Country Day School. She was captain of all three teams, including softball both her junior and senior years. She earned All-League honors in softball and All-Star honors in volleyball and basketball. Rhone was named the Hamden Hall Female Athlete of the Year in 2020 and the Perennial Pines Athlete of the Year in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. She was also a four-year honor roll student.
