Prior to St. Lawrence

Jeffrey played basketball and soccer and competed in track and field and cross country at Norwich. She was a First-Team All-Conference honoree in cross country and was a First-Team All-Division member in track in the 4x400 and 4x800. She was named a Section IV Class B Champ in track, earned S.T.A.C. honors and was awarded the David F. Lee Memorial Outstanding Female Athlete and the Douglass I. Quinney Award-Outstanding Female Track Performance award. Jeffrey's team claimed the Southern Tier Athletic Conference and Section IV Championship in basketball. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Vice President of her class as well as the Student Athletic Council and was a scholar athlete.
