2017-18: Gallagher started 23 of 24 games played for the Saints as a sophomore and finished the season averaging 6.7 points and 4.7 rebounds per game… She recorded 47 assists and 19 steals on the season, along with the teams second-best nine blocks… Gallagher recorded a season-high 14 against RPI and 11 rebounds against Skidmore on February 16 and 17, respectively…Gallagher was named Liberty League Rookie of the Week on January 2.

2016-17: Gallagher appeared in five games for the Saints during her freshman campaign picking up 22 points, three blocks and three steals.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Gallagher starred for the basketball, volleyball and softball teams at Valley Central High School … She was a two-time All Section IX and All-Division selection for basketball serving as team captain and being voted the team MVP … She was a two-year team captain for volleyball and earned All-Division and All-Section honors … For softball, she was a two-year captain and voted the offensive MVP and team MVP as a junior and senior respectively … She was named the Valley High School Female Athlete of the Year and earned National Honor Society membership for English, Social Studies and Art.
