Prior to St. Lawrence

Frederick was a tri-sport athlete at Sunapee, competing in soccer, basketball and sotball... She earned DIV Basketball First-Team All-State and DIV Softball First Team All-State honors from 2014-2017... She was also named DIV Softball Player of the Year  from 2015-2017 and DIV Basketball Player of the Year in 2017... Frederick was named Miss New Hampshire Basketball and the Valley News Athlete of the Year... She was also Class Valedictorian, Vice-President of the Student Council and earned the Dartmouth Book Award.
