2016-17: As a senior captain started 23 games for the Saints during her final season… She finished third on the team with 173 points, second with 20 blocks and third with 111 rebounds… She averaged 7.5 points per game, and recorded a season-high of 15 points at SUNY Potsdam in December.

2015-16: Dalton missed just one game playing in and starting 25 games in her third season for the Saints … She finished tied for the team lead with 9.3 points per game and led the Saints with 6.9 rebounds per game … She was named to the Liberty League All-Tournament team, earned Liberty League Performer of the Week honors in November and was a three-time selection to the Liberty League Weekly Honor Roll … She was named the Rose City Classic MVP and also earned St. Lawrence Star of the Week … She had a combined 30 points in the first two games of the season and finished with 10 double-digit scoring games … Her season high was a 21-point effort against Bard and she also had 18 points in the Liberty League Tournament game at Clarkson … She had six double-digit rebounding games including a season-best 12 rebounds against Vassar … She earned Liberty League All-Academic recognition for the second consecutive season.

2014-15: Dalton started the first 15 games of the season before an injury cut her sophomore year short … She finished third on the team with a 11.5 scoring average and was second on the squad with 5.7 rebounds per game … Her 21 points in the season-opener against Nebraska Wesleyan was a season-high and she added 10 rebounds in each of the first two games of the year at the Colorado College Tournament … She scored in double-digits in eight games and had double-doubles in each of the first two games … Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.

2013-14: Dalton was the ECAC Upstate and Liberty League Rookie of the Year at St. Lawrence, scoring 8.4 points per game while hauling in over 5.0 rebounds.  A unanimous selection to the conference's All-Rookie Team, Caroline shot 33% from behind the arc and added 33 blocks and 21 assists in her first season.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Dalton, a forward from Fairport, NY and the daughter of Pat '81 and Kate, was a five-year member of Fairport's varsity squad and started all four years of high school.  A four-time All-Monroe County selection, she was named to the All-Greater Rochester Area team and played in the prestigious Ronald McDonald All-Star game in her senior season.  Dalton averaged 12.8 points, 9.8 rebounds, 4.7 blocks and 3.5 assists last year to finish her career with 1067 points, 941 rebounds, 225 steals and 340 assists.
