Prior to St. Lawrence

A decorated softball and water polo player at Dana Hills, Hopper served as the captain of her softball team as a senior. She led the team to the South Coast League championship in 2019 and the Sea View League Championship in 2017. She was a Coaches Award winner in both softball and water polo and earned First-Team All-League honors in softball in 2019. Hopper also excelled in the classroom, earning valedictorian honors as well as numerous scholar athlete, superintendent and principal's honor roll honors, and was the Monarch Beach Rotary Club Student of the Month.

Hopper played club softball for the Orange County Batbusters, helping lead the team to the 2020 Schutt Cup championship, the 2019 Colorado Fierworks 18U championship and the 2019 OC Coastal Classic Gold Bracket 18U championship.
