Biography

2014: As a senior, Stratton made 32 appearances in the field for the Saints primarily at third base but made a seamless transition to catcher after the team lost both options behind the plate to injury late in the season. She finished fourth on the team with a .299 batting average, drove in 17 runs, scored 14 and posted a .984 fielding percentage. A member of the Swedish National Team, Stratton will be returning in 2015 as a volunteer assistant coach. 

2013: Stratton earned Liberty League All-Conference Second Team honors for the third consecutive year as she finished the season batting .296 and tallied 40 hits and 22 runs.  Stratton led the Saints to a 6-4 record in the Liberty League with a .351 batting average and errorless defense at shortstop.  A psychology major, she is a member of the Environmental Action Organization, International House, Club Ski Racing and the Club Ice Hockey team.  Stratton is also a Thelmo Senator and participated in the London study abroad program in the fall of 2012. 

2012: Stratton earned Liberty League All-Conference honors for the second consecutive season as she was named to the Second Team.  The Bedford, NY native finished the 2012 season ranked second in Division III in sacrifice hits per game.  She led the team with 11 doubles and finished second on the team in hits with 36.  Stratton was also solid defensively as she ranked second on the team in fielding percentage. 

2011: Stratton added a consistent bat for the Saints in her rookie season and earned Liberty League honorable mention status for her efforts.  Starting in every game as a first-year, she was fourth on the team with a .278 batting average.  The Bedford, NY native led the team in runs scored (17) and doubles (6), while accumulating 36 total bases, good for second on the team.    

At Bishop Brady/ Waterville Valley Academy: Stratton was a three-sport athlete, participating in softball, alpine skiing and field hockey.  The Bedford, NH native captained the softball squad in her senior season and was an All-State selection in both softball and alpine skiing.  She was an honor roll student and earned the Waterville Valley Academy Headmaster's Award.
