2016: Had 15 appearances in the circle with seven starts ... Finished the season with a 2-0 record and a 6.03 ERA ... Had a 7.17:1 strikeout to walk ratio with just six bases on balls in 34.1 innings pitched ... Held opponents to a team-best .268 batting average.

2015: Played in 19 games with 13 starts, batting.167 with four RBI ... Made one appearance in the circle, allowing one hit in 0.1 innings pitched.

2014: Served as both a designated player and a pitcher ... Posted a .296 batting average with 18 RBI and a pair of home runs, the first of which came in a win at Skidmore on April 18 ... Made 14 appearances in the circle, striking out 52 batters in 51 innings pitched ... Finished the season with a 4-5 record, with three complete games.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Sears was the captain of her high school varsity softball team and also captained her travel team. She earned Fourth-Team All-State and Second-Team All-League honors and was a member of the National Honor Society and was a high honor roll student all four years.
