Cait Seamster joined the St. Lawrence softball coaching staff in January, 2016. She helps prepare practice schedules and work out modules for players to follow, and also assists in recruiting.
Seamster played softball at The College of New Jersey for three seasons, finishing her career with 14 doubles, four triples, four home runs and 44 RBI. In her three seasons, the Lions were 85-41 and earned an invitation to the 2010 NCAA Tournament.
After graduating from TCNJ in 2012, Seamster spent three and a half years as a childcare counselor with Bonnie Brae in Liberty Corner, New Jersey.
