At Beekmantown Central: Barcomb was a three-sport athlete in high school, playing soccer and basketball in addition to softball. She served as a captain and was an honorable mention selectiong. Academically, she was the recipient of the Hebert Excellence Award, a member of the National Honor Society and National Society of High School Scholars an a high honor roll student.
