2017: Lewis played in 12 games with 12 starts before missing the remainder of the season with an injury…In those 12 games he hit .256 (11-for-43) with five RBI and six runs scored, was 2-for-2 on stolen base attempts and had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 12 putouts…He was named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

2016: Lewis started in 39 games for the Saints in his sophomore season, hitting .272 at the plate in 136 at bats...He recorded 37 hits, four doubles, one triple and 17 RBI...He also recorded a 1.000 field percentage with 66 putouts and three assists...He was a member of the Liberty League's All-Academic Team, earned CoSIDA Academic All-District Honors and was named one of the Athletics Department's Ronald C. Hoffmann Award winners.

2015: Lewis hit .313 in 33 games played and 112 plate appearances...He finished with 14 RBI and 21 runs scored with seven doubles...He was also 8-for-10 in stolen base attempts...In the field, he had 140 putouts and six assists with a .986 fielding percentage.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Isaac played baseball, volleyball, junior hockey and golf while in high school and was captain and MVP of the baseball team...He earned all city and county honors in baseball and was the volleyball coaches award winner...He was a distinguished honor roll student and earned social science and physical education subject awards.
