Waite was a member of the cross country, basketball, volleyball, Nordic skiing, swimming, track and field, mountain biking, and ultimate frisbee teams at Twin Lakes Secondary School. She was named the Junior Female Athlete of the Year (21-22), Senior Female Athlete of the Year (22-23) and was the Junior Girls Volleyball Captain (21-22), the Senior Girls Volleyball Captain (22-23) and the Women's Nordic Skiing Captain (22-23, 23-24) She was an honor roll student from grades 9-12.
