Prior to St. Lawrence
Abdoulaye won four state championships while at South Burlington High School in Vermont (cross country, indoor mile, indoor two-mile, outdoor 1,500). He also won three NEPSTA championships while at Northfield Mount Hermon (cross country, 1,500 and 3,000). During the 2015 cross country season he went undefeated and broke the course record at the 123rd Bemis-Forslund Pie Race, the oldest cross country race in North America.
