Biography
2011-12 Indoor: A Liberty League All Academic selection, Mike was seventh in both the Liberty League and the NYSCTC in the high jump and also competed in the long jump and the 300 meter dash.Outdoor: Mike had a personal best in the high jump with a 1.94 meter jump at Oneonta and also had a PR in the long jump.
2010-11: Second in the Liberty League indoor championships and fourth outdoors in the high jump and sixth in the ECAC and fifth in the NYSCTC outdoor championships in the same event, Mike Scott was the winner of the Indoor Coaches Award as a sophomore. He also competed in his first indoor pentathlon and ran dashes.
2009-10: Mike had a solid season in the high jump for the Saints with six top five finishes in that event. He was third in the NYSCTC and Liberty League Outdoor championships and finished fifth in the Liberty League indoor championship.
At Red Hook: Michael ran outdoor track and was a four-time All League selection in the high jump and a three-time state qualifier. He placed second as a junior and third as a senior in Division II in the state and was a two-time bronze medalist in the Empire State Games. He earned All League Scholar-Athlete honors.Â
